Audience for a proposal is normally management- so it needs to be non technical language

Proposals usally include

·      Resource requirements
·      Costs outline
·      Timescale
Project Outlines
Initial document given to key members of the production team
       Includes enough detail so he team has an idea of what they’re making
        Used as a biases for all other pre-production documents by production team
A project outline will include:
Details of narrative/ content
Resources requirement
Budget limitations
Timeline of production
Treatment
Contains more detail than a project outline

Exact structure depends on medium
        Production team use it reference point. Vital in large productions as communications might be hard- make sure they don’t go off track. Also basis for all other detailed pre-production docs
        Client/boss/investor to get a much better idea of what the finished product will be

        Production early in pre-production to assess
       What ideas are viable
