Facebook have just set up a set-top tv app to host video content in a move which means it will be competing with apps such as YouTube which means YouTube will loose out on money.While TV remains a central part of the mix, digital ad cozy is rising at a rapid pace and by 2020 online ads will be 60% of marketing budget. 

 A 30-second ad during ITV's breakfast schedule between the likes of Good Morning Britain or Lorraine can cost around £3000 even though this is expensive it means it will be seen as if it on one of the main broadcasting channels.

Channel 4 is cheaper than itv and can cost around £1000 to have an advert on there as it isn’t a big channel that a lot of people watch like itv so they will lower prices in order for people to use them as advertising 

Channel 5 is the cheapest turrestial channel and and costs around £800-£1500 to advertise this is because it is less we’ll known that all of the above meaning not a lot of people will watch

Sky 1 at peak time can cost around £150-£250 however a 30 second slot between the Simpson can cost around £650 as it is a very popular programme.
