The unit has the following4 learning outcomes: Understand the factors that need to be considered during the planning of a media product Be able to interpret client requirements and target audience considerations Be able to to plan the pre-productionof media product Be able to create and evaluate pre-production documents for a new media product  It is worth 12.5% of your grade Your grade will come back as either Unclassified, Near Pass, Pass, Merit or distinction.  Then it is converted into points.
